New Annual Leave Rule:
Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021, a new decree of New Labour Law, coming into implementation from Feb 2021, describe that employee deserves annual leave not less than 30 days in a calendar year. But his service duration must be more than 6 months. If the service will be less than a year then the duration of the leave will be reduced as per the set calculated method. Basic Salary must be paid on annual leave now.
